Middelfart Sparekasse partners with Danish fintech company Monthio to enhance the customer experience and streamline the onboarding process for new customers.

The implementation of Monthio's digital solution will make it easier for private customers to switch banks and faster for advisors to process applications. The partnership is intended to meet customers' growing expectations for modern and user-friendly digital solutions. Monthio's platform removes some of the friction traditionally associated with switching banks and onboarding, and enables customers to join the bank quickly, securely and efficiently  - without unnecessary barriers. Specifically, Monthio helps collect data about the customer's finances in one simple flow, where the customer can provide access to relevant information via MitID authentication.

For the bank, the collaboration not only means a more streamlined customer experience. It also gives advisors a better opportunity to focus on value-adding interactions with customers, rather than manual processes and data collection. At the same time, the solution can be implemented quickly and easily in the bank's existing systems.
